MORNING BURST SMOOTHIE

You have never tasted any smoothie this good. So, since you can’t easily come to the breakfast table for me to make it for you, do not fret.
I will share my secret recipe here.
Here’s what will happen…
You will toss all the ingredients into your blender pitcher, grind them up, pour the thick and creamy contents into your favorite glass, and then sip away in pure bliss. I use a purple straw.
Everything tastes better with a purple straw.
This deliciousness will get gobbled up way before anyone else gets out of bed, though they’ll be tossing and arousing since your Vitamix has obvi woken them up. Then you’ll tidy up the kitchen fast, wash out the pitcher before anyone notices, take the last few sips, and you’re ready to start your day.
Like, really ready.
Tummy full.
Face smiling cuz you just filled your body with such dense and healthy nutrients, you have nothing but satisfaction to celebrate.
No guilt.
Just goodness.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

  • Isagenix Organic Greens
    (or a handful of fresh spinach)

  • 1 cup of frozen mango cubes

  • 1 frozen tiny cucumber (yeah, you heard me right. I buy these weekly and freeze them for my smoothies.)

  • a chunk of fresh ginger

  • the juice of one lime

  • fresh mint leaves

  • water

  • ice cubes

    HINT: for extra good taste and some added nutrition (and also added calories)
    Turmeric, Ginger, Coconut Milk from Trader Joes is to die for and tastes so good with this combination of plants.

WHAT YOU DO:

  • pour liquids in first

  • then protein powder (sometimes I even stir it with a wooden spoon)

  • then add the frozen mango, cucumber, ginger, and lime juice.

  • drop in a scoop of the Organic Greens or the handful of spinach

  • top off with ice

  • blend together until smooth and thick.
